USA Rehab was founded in 1998 and in the early years, specialized in basic home medical supplies and bathroom safety equipment. By working with clients in their homes and experiencing almost every accessibility or equipment problem possible, we slowly developed into a comprehensive home medical equipment and accessible modification service company.
USA Rehab is owned and operated by Shara Anderson, a licensed occupational therapist (OTR), certified assistive technology practitioner (ATP).
USA Rehab is also a Maryland State licensed contractor specializing in accessible home modification. Since 1998, USA Rehab has assessed, designed, developed, and implemented a wide variety of strategies and solutions to overcome barriers in the home. We use universal design concepts and principles when designing and implementing accessibility modifications.
